Please contact us by telephone if you have any medical enquiries - whether general or specific. Our receptionists are trained to answer general questions and anything that they cannot or should not attempt to answer will be passed on to one of the veterinarians on-duty that day. There are so many questions to be asked when responding to a medical question - in order to provide the correct answer - that direct contact on the telephone is superior to e-mail. Please note that urgent phone calls (medical emergencies) will be dealt with right away and all other phone calls will be returned by the end of the day if at all possible. Please provide the receptionist with enough details so that your phone call can be properly prioritized.
