Back Home NextFeesOur receptionists can provide estimates for medical or surgical consultations, vaccinations and routine spays and neuters, as well as the cost of all food and products that we sell. A written and detailed estimate will be made available by the veterinarian prior to any diagnostic procedure, surgery or medical admission. If the estimate provided places a particular service or treatment out of your financial reach, please discuss this with your veterinarian. It may be possible to proceed with one diagnostic procedure at a time rather than two or three at once, or to try a less optimal but also less expensive treatment. In some cases, even though a detailed estimate has been provided, the medical or surgical needs of a pet will change and the estimate will not be accurate. At this point the veterinarian will provide a new estimate for the service that he or she feels is necessary. PaymentPayment is required at the time that services are provided. In extenuating circumstances a payment plan can be arranged; this should be discussed with our accounts manager at the time that the estimate for services to be performed is given. A finance charge will be added when an account is over 30 days old. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Interac payment.
