This is a list of the procedures included in the Health Screen. Other procedures or tests may be advised by the veterinarian due to findings found on exam or results from the tests performed. These will be at an additional cost. There will be no additional tests performed without a conversation with the veterinarian. You are responsible for all fees incurred during this visit. Payment is due at time of discharge.
